Force majeure events beyond OAU’s control (weather, government directives, road closures, etc.)
Refunds Before Campaign Execution
A refund may be considered only if all the following conditions are met:

Written cancellation request is received before media booking confirmation

No production, printing, or installation work has started

No third-party costs have been incurred
If eligible, any refund will be processed after deducting administrative and processing charges.
Partial Refunds / Credits
In certain situations, OAU may offer:

Media credits for future campaigns
This may apply if:

A site becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the advertiser’s control

A campaign is interrupted by regulatory or authority directives

Media owners offer replacement inventory or credit options
All such cases are evaluated individually.
No Guarantee of Performance-Based Refunds
OAU does not offer refunds based on:

Perceived campaign performance

Sales outcomes or lead generation results
-
Audience response or engagement levels
Outdoor advertising performance is influenced by multiple external factors and is not guaranteed.
Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed within 15–30 business days

Refunds are issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate, compliant content

Submitting creatives within agreed timelines

Reviewing approvals, mockups, and site confirmations promptly
Delays or issues arising from client-side actions do not qualify for refunds.
