Express Digital Systems FZCO (“EDS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to delivering high-quality marketing, advertising, and digital services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, or service modifications may be considered.


1. Nature of Services

EDS provides customized, professional services, including but not limited to:

  • Digital marketing and advertising

  • Social media management

  • SEO and performance marketing

  • Website design and development

  • Media buying (digital, outdoor, radio)

  • Creative production (design, video, photography)

  • PR and communication services

Due to the customized and time-based nature of these services, returns in the traditional sense do not apply.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet commenced, and a written cancellation request is submitted.

  • EDS is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal constraints.

  • A duplicate or erroneous payment has been made.

All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval.


3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable once initiated or delivered:

  • Strategy, planning, or consultation fees

  • Creative work (designs, videos, content, copywriting)

  • Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, media owners)

  • Media bookings (outdoor, radio, digital placements)

  • SEO, social media, or campaign work already in progress

  • Any service explicitly marked as non-refundable in the proposal or agreement


4. Cancellations

  • Before project start: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. If approved, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative or preparatory costs.

  • After project start: No refunds will be issued. However, EDS may, at its discretion, offer service credits or scope adjustments.


5. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with any service:

  • You must notify EDS in writing within 7 days of delivery.

  • EDS will make reasonable efforts to address concerns through revisions or corrective actions in line with the agreed scope.

  • Refunds will not be issued for subjective dissatisfaction once services are delivered as agreed.


6. Payment Processing & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Processing time is typically 7–14 business days, subject to banking procedures.

  • Any transaction or gateway fees are non-refundable.


7. Third-Party Costs

EDS is not responsible for refunding:

  • Platform fees (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Media owner charges

  • Hosting, domain, or software subscription fees
    These are governed by the respective third-party policies.


8. Amendments to This Policy

EDS reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
